1. Low-resistance Glass Sensitive Membrane Sensing Technology (Core Measurement Component)

The measuring accuracy of pH electrodes relies entirely on the performance of the glass sensitive membrane. All CS series glass electrodes from Chunye adopt custom hydrogen-ion sensitive glass with strictly controlled membrane resistance below 300 MΩ, delivering a 40% faster response speed than ordinary electrodes.

All Chunye pH electrodes designed for these water bodies are equipped with an Ag/AgCl silver-silver chloride reference system paired with porous PTFE liquid junctions:

  1. Uniform micropores on PTFE resist adhesion and blockage by water impurities, extending maintenance cycles by 2–3 times.

  2. The Ag/AgCl reference system maintains stable potential with strong resistance to ion interference in complex water; 24-hour measurement stability reaches <0.01 pH for tap water, river water and weak acid/alkali water.

3. Integrated Multi-spec Temperature Compensation Sensing Technology (CS1501C / CS1701FC)

Water temperature of tap water and rivers fluctuates drastically day and night, and electrodes without temperature compensation produce significant measurement errors. Chunye provides basic and temperature-compensated electrode variants to match different T4000 online pH/ORP meters:

  • CS1500C / CS1700FC: No built-in temperature sensor, suitable for constant-temperature simple monitoring scenarios;

  • CS1501C / CS1701FC: Optional built-in temperature sensors (NTC10K, NTC2.2K, PT100, PT1000) compatible with automatic temperature compensation of T4000 meters;Digital CS1701FCD integrates NTC10K temperature compensation with factory preloaded temperature conversion programs, outputting fully compensated accurate pH readings without secondary meter configuration.

4. Analog & Dual Digital Signal Output Technology for Full-scenario Monitoring

Chunye water pH electrodes cover two technical routes: analog glass/plastic electrodes and RS485 digital pH sensors, meeting diverse automation project demands:

  1. Analog electrodes (CS1500C, CS1700FC): PG13.5 / G3/4 threads, compatible with BNC, pin, tin-soldered and Y connectors; custom cables of 5–20m available. Directly compatible with Chunye T4000 online pH/ORP meters, outputting 4–20mA analog signals and dual relay alarms.

  2. Digital sensors CS1700FCD / CS1701FCD: IP68 waterproof, 9–36VDC power supply, MODBUS RTU protocol, high precision of ±0.05 pH.
